Sylwia Skrezyna is a senior consultant based in Gallup’s London office. Since joining Gallup in 2010, she has partnered with leaders and organisations around the world to develop exceptional leaders, strengthen workplace culture and improve business performance.

Sylwia is particularly experienced in applying Gallup’s research and tools, including CliftonStrengths® and the Gallup Q12® employee engagement framework, turning insights into action to create lasting behavioural change and high-performing teams.

Over the course of her career, Sylwia has worked with a wide range of organisations, including manufacturing, technology, energy, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, financial services, retail and education.

Before joining Gallup, Sylwia worked in customer relations and account management. She holds a first-class (Hons) bachelor’s degree in aviation management from Thames Valley University (now the University of West London). A native German speaker, she is based in London and consults fluently in both German and English.
