Annika Leonhard is the consulting director for EMEA at Gallup, leading the client consulting team across Europe and the Middle East. In her five years at Gallup, she has partnered with executives and senior leaders on helping global organisations build the leadership capability and cultures that fuel both people and performance.

Annika works at the intersection of leadership development, employee engagement and customer engagement, turning evidence-based insight into people strategies that drive performance. With her team, Annika shapes how organisations across EMEA approach leadership and engagement at scale.

Before Gallup, Annika spent a decade in the retail industry, where she led brand turnaround efforts for large teams and rebuilt customer strategy and KPIs — experience that gives her a practitioner's grounding in what it takes to translate strategy into results on the ground.

Her international career, spanning the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Austria, Luxembourg, Australia and the U.S., gives her a distinctive, cross-cultural perspective on leading change across borders. She holds a degree in International Business from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and is fluent in German, English and French.
