Whether delivering keynotes, leading high-impact training sessions or coaching, Chloe inspires and equips individuals to change behaviour in meaningful, sustained ways. She is known for designing tailored content that blends cutting-edge behavioural science, real-world evidence and client-specific context — making it easy for leaders to connect the dots between insight, behaviour and commercial impact. She is particularly skilled at creating environments that balance psychological safety with strategic challenge by drawing on:
• deep facilitation and coaching expertise, enabling honest dialogue, personal reflection and practical commitment
• strong commercial acumen — helping leaders and teams connect culture and behaviour with business performance, operational efficiency and strategic outcomes
• extensive experience with Gallup tools, especially CliftonStrengths and the Gallup Q12®, which she uses to surface powerful insights, shift behaviour, and create shared language across teams and cultures
• confidence and flexibility to work beyond frameworks, equally at ease partnering with clients who use alternative models or no formal tools at all
• credibility with diverse audiences, including operational, technical and executive leaders across industries and geographies
Chloe has worked across major sectors, including FMCG, finance, manufacturing, retail, logistics, luxury, medtech, professional services and social enterprise. She is quick to understand complex environments, industry-specific language and operating models — whether supporting global listed firms, private equity-backed businesses or purpose-driven organisations.
She began her career on HSBC’s trading floors in New York and Hong Kong, and holds a first-class MA (Hons) in Business Studies and Economics from the University of Edinburgh, including a year at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. A Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and CELTA-qualified English teacher, she is fluent in English and Spanish, and conversational in French and German.
Currently based in London, Chloe brings a truly global perspective, shaped by living and working across Europe, North America and Asia.
