Anna is a passionate strengths and engagement advocate, advising clients on integrating these strategies across the employee experience for greatest impact. She is a mum of four, which provides a large motivation for her work in helping create more workplaces that future generations can feel excited about joining, contributing to and thriving within.

Before joining Gallup in 1997, Anna worked for a global market research firm, providing consumer behaviour, point-of-sale data and market trend analysis to industries ranging from tech to consumer goods.

Anna speaks regularly on the topic of building thriving, high-performance cultures. She is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and is currently studying Spanish and Dutch.
