Andy Stewart is an associate principal based remotely in Oklahoma City.

Since joining Gallup in August 2021, Andy has partnered with clients to align their people, culture and customer experience, helping organizations achieve lasting market impact. He specializes in workplace culture, employee engagement and customer experience strategy.

Before joining Gallup, Andy served as head of operations for a venture-backed startup in the United Kingdom, where he helped scale the organization from five to 50 employees.

Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts in letters from the University of Oklahoma. He also earned a Master of Science in organizational and social psychology and a Master of Philosophy in social psychology from the London School of Economics.
