Andrew Bridger is a director of product based in Gallup’s Omaha office. His primary area of expertise is product leadership for CliftonStrengths®, Gallup’s flagship strengths-based development assessment. Andrew oversees the strategy, development and evolution of the CliftonStrengths platform and its supporting tools, ensuring the product continues to help individuals and organizations discover and apply their natural talents. He partners with cross-functional teams to translate Gallup’s decades of strengths research into scalable, user-centered product experiences that drive engagement, performance and wellbeing for millions of users worldwide.

Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and human resource management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
