Emily Lorenz is a senior methodologist and consultant at Gallup. With a background in educational measurement and industrial-organizational psychology, Emily specializes in helping educational institutions and organizations measure what matters most through strengths-based research and rigorous methodology. She advises clients on designing research initiatives that uncover how strengths development relates to outcomes such as engagement, belonging and wellbeing.

Emily also serves as the lead methodologist for Gallup’s ongoing quantitative and qualitative research on the U.S. workforce. In this role, she helps ensure that Gallup’s research involving organizations and educational institutions is grounded in rigorous research methods. Emily has designed the research methodology behind many of Gallup’s high-profile partnerships, shaping how data inform insights and action across sectors.
