Colleen Heller Stein serves as executive director of the Chief Human Capital Officers (CHCO) Council within the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, where she supports collaboration among agency CHCOs and federal human capital leaders on governmentwide workforce priorities. Previously, she spent 14 years at the Department of the Treasury, including roles as deputy CHCO, director of Human Resources, and acting treasury CHCO. Her public service also includes human capital roles at the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Government Publishing Office and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
