Óscar Escobar is the former mayor of Palmira, Colombia. He recently graduated as a Mason Fellow from Harvard University. Currently, he serves as regional coordinator of the Imparables political movement and a Board Member at Sidoc Foundation. He is a member of the Peace in Our Cities Network and received the UCLG Peace Prize in 2022.
