Peter Wolfe is a passionate and trusted people leader, coach and mentor. Originally from the U.K., Peter and his family relocated to Australia 20 years ago with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked across the audit, assurance and consulting businesses. Since 2010, Peter has been working at ANZ, where his roles have been in projects, business management and operational leadership across technology. He is currently part of the bank’s cybersecurity team based in Melbourne.

Having discovered Gallup’s CliftonStrengths® development programme over 10 years ago, Peter became a certified coach in 2017, and since then has been fortunate to have spent a considerable amount of time investing in both individual and team development across all areas of ANZ. Integrating Gallup’s strengths-based framework alongside existing organisation-wide initiatives and focusing on employee wellbeing, engagement and high performance, Peter’s mission has been to bring a strengths-based mindset to everything ANZ does, always learning and challenging ANZ employees to become better versions of themselves.

With the ever-increasing focus on a strengths-based mindset within ANZ, Peter is looking forward to driving this further across the bank, with CliftonStrengths® now becoming part of ANZ’s enterprise-wide leadership development programme that is currently being rolled out across all geographies.
