Adam served for 20 years in the Australian Regular Army and 5 years in the Army Individual Emergency Force. He has since held senior executive positions in the private and public health sectors, and the faith-based community sector. These have allowed him to indulge his love for organisational development and for maximising individual, team and workforce capability. He is grateful for his wonderful wife and family, a rewarding career, and his (mostly!) amazing bosses. He misses Manny, his profoundly uncoordinated dog.
