Anna joined EnergyAustralia in May 2023 as acting Chief People Officer. Anna has extensive experience in industrial technology, healthcare, aerospace, defence, pharmaceuticals and fast-moving consumer goods. She joined EnergyAustralia from the UK where she was Chief People Officer of XP Power PLC, an FTSE 250 company. Previously, she was Global People Director, Defence at Rolls-Royce. Until her return to Australia she was also a non-executive director for a large NHS Trust in Bath, Somerset.

Anna has a leadership style focused on bringing people together and actively and constructively challenging people to deliver great business outcomes for customers and stakeholders.

Anna has a Master of Commerce in employment relations from the University of Auckland as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in economics and a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology.
