With over 15 years of experience in People & Culture, Belinda is deeply passionate about creating workplaces where people and teams can truly thrive. It’s what led her to join Macquarie Technology Group more than six years ago, and she hasn’t looked back since.
One of Belinda’s proudest accomplishments has been working with her team to introduce CliftonStrengths in 2019. What started as a way to improve employee development and performance quickly became a powerful driver of cultural change across the organisation. The results speak for themselves, with Macquarie Technology being recognised as a Gallup Exceptional Workplace and a CliftonStrengths-Based Award Culture Winner for consecutive years.
When she’s not working, Belinda loves spending time with her husband, Grant, their two daughters, Stevie (4) and Ella (2), and their French bulldog, Nala. As a family, they’re always up for an adventure, whether it's travelling or exploring new places together.
