Danielle’s career spans across many facets of Human Resources over 25 years, including HR business partnering, HR operations, remuneration, performance and organizational effectiveness. She has successfully led multiple mergers and integrations, managing complex organizational changes with a people-centric approach.

In 2021, Danielle assumed the role of General Manager of Organisational Development and Change at TPG Telecom. In this capacity, she leads culture, leadership development, talent, TPG’s change practice and diversity & inclusion.
