Having used Gallup Q12 and Clifton Strengths for nearly 15 years at two different organisations, Kelly is a self-confessed ‘Gallup Fan-Girl’ and proud recipient of the 2024 Gallup Manager of the Year award.
Kelly’s Leadership ‘why’ is “To connect with people so they are positive, engaged and are inspired to grow and reach their potential”. With a background in learning and development and twenty years of leadership experience in different sectors, Kelly is an honest and trustworthy leader who builds strong relationships. She focuses on developing and empowering her team, is always available to support them and removes challenges so they can do what they do best.
