Michelle has been with ANZ for 16 years and is currently in the Internal Audit Team as the Audit Director for Culture. She has worked across various areas of the bank in leadership, operational, project management and change management roles. In 2019, Michelle pivoted her career inside ANZ to move from operational and project roles into culture focused roles as her interest in that area deepened. In addition to her ‘day role’ Michelle also works with individuals and teams across the bank to deliver CliftonStrengths Assessments and coaching across teams.
