Patricia Hubbard is the Head of ANZ Consulting with Gallup. She has over 16 years of experience working within the education sector and consulting. As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, she enjoys encouraging clients to build their talent and develop their leaders through learning. Patricia has worked with senior executives, boards, and clients in the education, energy, healthcare, government, non-profit, and retail sectors.

Patricia previously worked as a chief financial officer and business director in the education sector in the USA. She has been in New Zealand since 2016 and is currently working with Australian and New Zealand-based clients and on global projects. She leads engagement presentations, strength sessions, webinars, roundtable discussions, professional development workshops, training courses, and team-based learning sessions. Patricia frequently speaks at global conferences and local events on a variety of topics and research areas.

Patricia holds a degree in business management from Montana State University, USA, and an MBA from the University of Montana, USA.
