Melitta brings more than 15 years of experience in the design and delivery of strengths-based interventions within large Australian organisations.

Throughout her career, Melitta has been introducing strengths to organisations in a range of industries, from financial services to the tech sector. Melitta has worked with these organisations to help them navigate the early stages of implementation, including building the business case, facilitating executive stakeholder buy-in, and moving organisations beyond introduction and into embedding within the organisational context.

For the last four years, as the head of learning and organisational development at SEEK, Melitta has been building strengths into the DNA and fabric of the SEEK culture, where people can have greater opportunities and live fulfilling and productive working lives.
