The Human Advantage: Leading With Strengths in the Age of AI
Omaha • Sept. 22, 2026
CliftonStrengths Forum is a one-day, in-person event for those who use CliftonStrengths to support growth and development in their organizations.
The forum brings together organizational leaders, HR and learning professionals, coaches and champions for Gallup-led sessions, peer exchanges and meaningful networking. Together, you’ll explore how strengths-based development helps people find clarity and confidence while creating human connection during times of accelerating change.
This year’s theme, The Human Advantage: Leading With Strengths in the Age of AI, focuses on one of the most urgent questions facing organizations today: How do we prepare people, leaders and cultures for a workplace being reshaped by AI and emerging technologies?
We’ll examine what it takes to close the gap between technological ambition and human adoption, strengthen executive alignment for people-first development, and help managers, coaches and leaders support employees through disruption.

Managing People in the Age of AI
AI is reshaping roles, expectations and the employee experience. This session explores what managers, coaches and talent leaders need to know about anxiety, adaptability and performance — and how a strengths-based approach can help people bring judgment, creativity, relationships and meaning to a changing workplace.
Strengths Engineering
Strengths Engineering explores how leaders can intentionally design systems, teams and workflows that help people do more of what they do best.
