Building a Strengths-Based Culture

Ryan McCarthy

Managing Director | Asia-Pacific, Stryker Medical

The strengths conversation is gathering momentum. Every day more of us are inspired by strengths insights.

I believe the strengths adventure is most impactful when experienced from within a strengths-based culture. I would love to help more people experience a strengths-based culture, so let’s talk about how you can establish a strengths-based culture in your workplace.

When an individual has built better self-awareness through CliftonStrengths and coaching, they are keen and ready to hear how others perceive them — that is where the 360 feedback comes in. At this stage, they are primed for feedback and eager to take action.
